Bob Koherr (born Robert Kohrherr) directed 21 episodes of The Drew Carey Show, from Seasons 5 through 9, starting with the Season 5 episode "Oswald's Son". Bob is perhaps best known for directing episodes of FOX's Anger Management TV series, and various Disney Network multi-cam comedies.

Career[]

In 1997, Koherr made his directorial debut with the feature film Plump Fiction, a parody film of Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction. Since 2000, He has directed episodes of FOX's Anger Management series, The Drew Carey Show, Wanda at Large, Still Standing, Freddie, George Lopez, Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, Good Luck Charlie, The Suite Life on Deck, the pilot for A.N.T. Farm, the pilot for The Thundermans, Cristela, and the pilot for Jessie, among other series.[1] As an actor, Bob has guest starred in number of television series namely, CBS-TV's Cybill, and Nash Bridges, NBC's The Pretender, FOX's Party of Five and Malcolm in the Middle, and the feature films Poor White Trash, Firehouse Dog and Race to Witch Mountain. He also co-starred in the Comedy Central series Strip Mall opposite Julie Brown.[1]

Personal life[]

On September 23, 2008, he married Walter Batt, a Los Angeles-based entertainment attorney. On July 7, 2012 he posted a video slide show of the couple's vow renewal celebrating 10 years of partnership.
